Shenzhen Out China Electronic Co., Ltd was founded in August 1998. With the People''s Republic augmenting small enterprise, it was like an awakening into a new era. We stepped into mass production more on lines with the incoming international demands now.

We re-shaped, and completely revamped our resources, getting ISO certification, UL standardization, and World Business Council''s CE accrediting. A new name was consented, Outch Technology Co., Ltd, and this was June 2002. OUTCH devoted to IT industry for many years, collected the research and development of LCD and CRT monitors. While producing and selling at the same time, we were profoundly aware of the needs of the changing world. And thus research and development of the adjacent the PC/TV LCD for SKD had already started.

The strong technological strength of enterprise such as ours, had a head start. Superior quality production and checking equipment were acquired. Management classes conducted, and staff frequently sent abroad for training. The means developed for high quality personnel inducting into our ranks is a sure proof of leading modernization. The cream of Universities and Technical Colleges were sought. It is now showing our correct wisdom in the high quality, and state-of-the-art products. Serialization established the solid foundation constantly for the enterprise.

We don''t wish to boast, but OUTCH is the earliest manufacturer and distributors in LCD & SKD. The 13.3", 14", 15" and 17" were used by brand named computers in mainland and overseas. In order to meet the market demands, the latest large sizes 17",18" and 19" were introduced. The smaller size 12." and 10.4" were also founded. All SKDs were welcomed.
